PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Retain a copy of these terms and your order for future reference.
1. Contract Formation
- These terms apply to all goods supplied by Boxed2me ("Supplier").
- A contract exists only once we have accepted your order and received payment in full.
- You’ll receive an order acknowledgement email, but your contract is only binding when payment clears and we confirm acceptance.
- All contracts are subject to your right of cancellation (see Section 7).
- We may change these terms without notice for future sales.
- We may also cancel any contract at our discretion by email or in writing.
2. Description & Price of Goods
- Product details and prices are as shown on the website when you order.
- Items are subject to availability. If unavailable, we’ll inform you and refund any payments.
- If a pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
- Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
3. Payment
- Payments can be made via Credit / Debit Card, Shop or PayPal.
- Payment must clear before dispatch.
- No goods will be shipped until payment is cleared.
4. Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Some locations outside the UK mainland may be restricted.
Orders placed before 2:30 PM on working days are usually processed the same day (subject to stock availability and security checks).
If delivery cannot be completed due to our error, you will receive a full refund.
If you deliberately refuse delivery, we may:
Store the goods and charge for storage, or
Sell the goods and settle any difference with you.
For cancellations under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Large items/furniture are delivered to the doorstep only; delivery teams will not carry items upstairs.
Errors in your order must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.
5. Risk & Ownership
Risk passes to you at the time of delivery.
Ownership passes only after full payment is received.
We may recover payment for goods even if ownership has not passed, including administrative or collection costs.
5.1 Business Customers
- Until ownership passes, business customers must:
- Keep goods separate and identifiable as our property.
- Not damage or remove identification.
- Insure goods on our behalf.
- Ownership rights terminate immediately if your business becomes insolvent or ceases trading.
6. Cancellation & Returns
- Consumers: You can cancel within 14 working days of receiving goods.
- Cancellation must be in writing (email, post, fax, or returns system). Phone notifications are not sufficient.
- You are responsible for returning goods safely unless faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds processed within 30 days of cancellation, subject to terms.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Unsealed software
- Consumables (e.g., ink, batteries)
- Custom or specially ordered parts
- Business customers cannot cancel, except for faulty items (see Warranty section).
7. Warranty
- Goods are warranted free from defects for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Fair wear and tear
- Accidental or negligent damage
- Improper use or unauthorised repair
- Damaged items on delivery must be reported within 14 days.
- Faulty items under warranty will be tested; if “not at fault,” return costs may apply.
- Furniture can be returned within 7 days if in original condition (except customised items).
8. Limitation of Liability
Subject to legal requirements, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.
Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded.
Large items are doorstep delivery only. Customers are responsible for providing correct access information and paying any associated fees.
9. Data Protection
We take reasonable precautions to keep your data secure.
We do not store credit card details or sell customer information.

10. Product Images
Images are illustrative only; the actual product may differ slightly.
11. Governing Law
- English law governs these terms.
- Scottish consumers may use Scottish law and courts where applicable.
12. reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our website. It collects technical data to prevent abuse but is not used for personalised advertising.
13. WEEE Electrical Disposal
We comply with UK law for electrical waste (WEEE).
Customers can return old electronic products like-for-like when purchasing new items.
Returns must be within 28 days; shipping is free.
