Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with every order from Boxed2Me. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to put it right — quickly and without the hassle.
Easy Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, or the product just isn’t what you expected, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (unused and in original packaging).
Simply contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working as it should, let us know as soon as possible. We may ask for a quick photo or short video just so we can sort the issue fast.
We’ll then arrange:
- a replacement, or
- a return and refund — whichever suits you best
Return Shipping
Changed your mind? Return postage is usually your responsibility.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item? We’ll cover the cost - subject to our Return to Base Warranty.
We’ll confirm all return details when you contact us.
Refund Times
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund:
- Back to your original payment method
- Typically, within 3–5 working days
- We’ll keep you updated throughout — no chasing required.
Restricted Products
Some items (like lithium batteries and certain electrical goods) have special return handling rules due to safety regulations. If that applies, we’ll let you know exactly what to do.
