30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they’re unused and in their original packaging.

- Return postage is usually your responsibility (except for faulty or incorrect items)
Return to Base (RTB) Warranty – 12 Months
Even after 30 days, you’re covered for manufacturing defects with our RTB warranty:
- Covers faults caused during manufacturing, not general wear and tear
- Applies to most items except consumables, used items, and bulk orders
- Customers return the faulty item; we send a replacement (we cover replacement shipping)
- RMA required before sending anything back
- Replacement only — no refunds after 30 days
How to Use the Warranty
- Contact our team to explain the issue
- Receive an RMA number for the return
- Send the item back to our warehouse (return postage is your responsibility)
- We inspect and send a replacement
