Return to Base Warranty (12 Months)
Even after your initial 30-day returns period has passed, you’re still covered. Our Return to Base Warranty protects you against manufacturing defects for a full 12 months from the date of purchase.
If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we’ll put it right.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing faults and defects
- Replacement of faulty units after inspection
- Return shipping of the replacement item (we cover this)
What’s Not Covered
To keep things fair, the following aren’t included:
- Consumables (e.g. batteries, bulbs, filters)
- Used items where wear and tear is the issue
- Bulk buys (business orders handled separately)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modification
How It Works
- Contact us to explain the issue
- We’ll issue an RMA number (you’ll need this before returning anything)
- Send the item back to us for inspection (return postage is your responsibility)
- Once approved, we’ll send a replacement — fast and free
Please note: RTB warranty covers replacement only — refunds are not offered after 30 days.
