The compact housing of the TELESTAR DIRA M 1 A mobile contains the latest radio technology, which allows the reception of digital DAB+ and Internet radio stations, as well as analogue FM radio stations.
The hybrid radio impresses with its solid sound, which can be adjusted to your own listening preferences using an equalizer.
The 2.4'' (6.1cm) TFT colour display shows useful background information in razor-sharp detail.
Thanks to UPnP, Line-In and USB media playback, music files in a wide range of formats and from various sources can be played via the DIRA M 1 A mobile.
The radio is equipped with innovative EWF and Journaline technology.
EWF is an alarm system based on the DAB+ broadcast network, which transmits an emergency program to the relevant recipients in the event of a disaster and can thus save lives.
The integrated 2600 mAh battery enables the radio to be operated without a power outlet with up to 15 hours of battery life.
Useful additional functions such as an alarm clock, sleep timer or the display of current weather information round off the range of functions of the compact TELESTAR multifunction radio and make it a unique product.


* About EWF
EWF test runs are carried out regularly, both nationwide and regionally.
In order to be able to receive not only real emergency warnings, but also test warnings via EWF, please make the following settings in your DIRA M1 A / M1 A mobile:

Open the menu
Open the "System" menu item
Go to the "EWF settings" sub-item
Under "ON/OFF" please activate "Alarm+Test ON"

In the "Set Journaline" sub-item you can also activate the text service for warning messages.
