How can I contact Boxed2Me if I need help with my order?

Our friendly support team is available 7 days a week. You can reach us by phone, email, or via our Contact page. We’ll help with order issues, returns, or product questions.


Please provide your order number, product code, and a clear description of the issue. This helps us resolve your query faster.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, the customer pays for sending the item back. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.


Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.


Contact our support team to arrange a return. You may need a Return Authorisation (RMA) for tracking and processing.

What is the Return to Base (RTB) warranty?

RTB covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. Customers return the item, and we send a replacement. See more on our RTB page.

Are all items covered under RTB?

No — consumables, used items, and bulk orders are excluded. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

How do I start a warranty claim?

Contact our support team to obtain an RMA number. This must be included with your return.
