Because these two balls move the wax extra with their knobs.

The drying balls use specially designed nodules to remove the stiffness caused by water drying in the fabrics and soften the laundry without using toxic chemicals.

The two balls have different elasticity (one is harder than the other) and different shaped softening nodules.
The square bubbles compress the fabric and make the fabric softer and the round bubbles relax the fabric and reduce its hardness. Together they ensure that the laundry is refreshed and separated during the drying process.
They also absorb the heat and transfer it to the clothes during the wash drying process, which aids the drying process.
