Ex-Pro Mountable Tripod/Light stand Quick release plate with sprung loaded quick release and lock. The quick release plate is mountable directly onto an existing tripod head (1/4"/1/8" thread adapter included) - replaces complete lost plate systems or broken ones, or you can mount it onto an existing quick release plate if you wish, alternatively it can be used to mount onto tripod stands, selfie sticks, monopods where perhaps the system you presently have is not a quick release system and needs upgrading. Plate is 100% machined CNC Alloy manufactured to a high standard complete with a sprung loaded release catch, re-attachment is very quick and easy open release lever and push down to lock the lever into place and lock the camera back onto the plate (No need to tighten bolts or screws). The quick release plate has a standard 1/4" Tripod mount thread with rubberised plates to prevent under scratch.
