The head on the tripod is a Mini Ball head with position lock - standard 1/4" (6.4mm) Tripod thread fitting 99.99 of Digital cameras on the market. Practically performs here with the size of the unit, when collapsed its just 150mm long but can be quickly extended through the 2 Section legs giving the ability of a height between 120mm and 250mm high (12cm - 25cm) - perfect for a wide variety of photography, group shots, slow speed exposure, wildlife and more.
