You can use this DVI Dual Link cable to connect a computer with DVI output to a TV, monitor or projector with DVI input. Suitable for resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz (WQXGA) or 3840 x 2400 @ 30 Hz (WQUXGA).
A DVI cable only serves to transfer images. With Dual Link, two parallel connections are made, doubling the bandwidth. Higher resolution can be obtained with a dual link (Dual Link) than with a single link (Single Link).
